Alex Wahi is a television chef, restaurant owner, cooking school director and cookbook author.
He sees himself as a gourmet chef. And no matter where he cooks - he does it with our cookware.
We're so pleased that we think it deserves its own Eurolux cookware, right?
Here it is: The Alex Wahi cookware by Eurolux.
The edition includes a handle wok, a pan and a pot with a lid. According to Alex, you can cook pretty much anything with it.
As you can see, Alex has chosen his own color: blue, Indian Autumn Blue , we call it. Alex has chosen this color because: "The blue is subtle and not too bright. First of all, you don't see it that way so quickly and secondly, it just fits everywhere." We think so too!
Alex's cooking school in particular is sometimes a bit more hectic. Sometimes a fork hits the pan too hard. And if you use it frequently, this will eventually lead to scratches.
So Alex asked us for an even harder coating. Voila: Here it is! The Alex Wahi special edition coating, “suitable for cooking schools”, so to speak.
By the way, the official name of the coating is Luxtec® PEEK.
