At Adventurer Chef we want to make sure that you receive your orders safely and on time, so we have implemented the following shipping policy for all orders placed on our website:

Free Shipping within select parts of Canada:

We offer free shipping on most orders over $149 in Canada 

*This excludes shipping to areas deemed remote.

Flat Rate Shipping:

We offer a flat rate of $20 for orders under 149 in Canada

*This excludes shipping to areas deemed remote.

Remote Areas:

The following Postal Codes are considered to be remote and may incur additional shipping fees: 

A0K, A0P, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E and Y0B

Heavy Orders:

For orders over 45lbs,  Please note that heavy items may require additional shipping charges, which will be calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of the package.

Oversized Orders:

For orders exceeding 35" in any dimensions, Please note that these items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated based on your shipping address and the size of the package.

Shipping Timeframe:

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Destinations:

Canada:

We are currently shipping our "Free Shipping" and "Flat Rate Shipping" options to select parts of Canada, excluding NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut. For orders that need to be shipped to NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut, the purchaser will need to contact us for a shipping quote.

USA:

All duties and taxes associated with the shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser, in accordance with their state legislation. These fees may include import taxes, customs duties, or other charges that may be levied by the destination country. The purchaser is advised to check with their local customs office to determine the specific duties and taxes that may apply to their order. In the event that the purchaser refuses to pay any of these fees, the shipment may be returned to us and the purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with the return.
