The oven-safe 1.5 litre milk pot is highly heatable and when using heat-resistant oils and fats with the coordinated frying temperature, ideal for searing and stewing meat pieces such as sliced dishes or for cooking small portions of side dishes and vegetables, for setting sauces or boiling milk. The non-induction pot is easy to clean and dishwasher safe, we recommend hand cleaning to preserve the seal.
