The Enamelled Cast Iron Dutch oven is perfect for slow-cooking, braising, roasting and many other ways of cooking. Did you know this pot was invented in the 17th century in Holland?

It’s perfect for home-baked bread for instance. This 100% recycled cast iron cooking pot is provided with a strong enamel coating and looks very cool on your stove. It’s made from 100% cast iron, so it’s kind of heavy. It lasts decades when you take good care of it. Just don’t drop it. Available in two sizes (24cm and 28 cm) and in three colours: red, orange and black. The capacity of the 24cm cooking pot: 3,8L.

This Double Handle is made from factory waste and is 100% recycled. A perfect allrounder. No matter if you choose induction or bbq. We can (double) handle every heat source. The Cast Iron range has a super strong enamel coating and can be recognized by the bit more subtle design and its bold and bright three colours: red, orange, and black. More good news: the lid of the matching Dutch Oven can be used on the fry pan. That’s nice, right?

PREPARING
Take the pan out of the packaging and start right away. We recommend a thorough wash to remove all dust and particles. Use enough oil, butter or other liquid when you start cooking. Prevent heating a dry cooking pot.
CLEANING
Best to clean it with water and a soft brush or sponge. Try to avoid soap too often, rather fill it with water for a night. All dirt will vanish.
UTENSILS
Slowly increase the heat. This allows the pan to warm up gradually and distribute the heat perfectly. Use soft tools made from wood, silicon, or other soft materials. Metal tools could damage the (very strong) enamel layer.
STORAGE
Important to completely dry your Dutch Oven before storage. Try not to stack your Dutch Oven on top of other pans to prevent chipping.
